Goal Tracking

I have seen some of you carry around little composition books and write down your wods, times and 1rm's. Well there might be a better way. Tracking progress toward your goal is always a must, but putting it in a book doesn't do a whole lot to help you see progress or how you stand up to others. [Enter] BeyondtheWhiteBoard.
