So the Challenge Begins


A new challenge has come up to prove the effectiveness of CrossFit, and it starts tomorrow. Actually, a bet between newer CFSJ'ers Michael Maxey and Vadim Chetinin about who could lose the greatest percentage of body fat in 90 days of doing CrossFit. So, Saturday they will get a body fat test, begin a diet, and come five days a week. In 42 days we will retest. The goal and the hope is, through a decent diet and constant working out, they will increase lean body mass, decrease their fat, better their blood pressure and other health measurements.
