So, especially if you hit Sunday through today, there needs some real focus on some recovery. Rest is always good, but a little attention to the front of the body. Valentino (Coach V) noticed an overload to the anterior chain (your front) in the last WODs.
Here is a good stretch to counter some of that. It can easily be done in a minute or two while waiting for everyone to finish the w/u. You should be warm before attempting.
